Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right. Please read the guidelines below so you know what to expect.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup, provided the item meets the conditions listed below. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrived damaged or was misrepresented in the listing.

Eligible for Return

  • Item received in a different condition than listed
  • Item arrived damaged during delivery
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item unused and in original condition within 14 days
  • New items in original packaging

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification after delivery
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items where buyer's remorse is the sole reason (discretionary)

How to Start a Return

    Contact us within 14 days

    Reach out via our Contact page, by phone, or by email. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, attach clear photos.

    We review your request

    We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide next steps. For damage claims we may ask for additional photos.

  3. 3

    Arrange return or exchange

    If your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup from your address (delivery orders) or ask you to bring the item back to our Butler, PA store (pickup orders). Items must be in the same condition as received.

    Refund issued

    Once we have inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Refund Details

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, item damaged in transit, or item materially misrepresented).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not issue refunds in cash or as store credit unless agreed upon in writing.

Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have confirmed receipt of the item. Processing times vary by bank.
